Manager Customer Acquisition
Location: Head Office
Reports to: Managing Director

Purpose of the Role:
To drive growth by developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain domestic and international customers. The Manager, Customer Acquisition will lead engagements that drive long-term growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer acquisition strategy for transport, storage and freight
Lead revenue growth initiatives aligned with budget and strategic business targets
Manage key accounts and partnerships
Oversee the performance of the sales team
Analyze market trends and intelligence to inform acquisition and rentention strategy
Report on sales performance and return on investment

Qualifications & Experience:
BBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
At least 8 years of experience with 5 years in supply chain or logistics sales
Proven track record in B2B customer acquisition and key account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
