Stock Controller (40 Positions)
Location: Multiple Locations around Uganda (must be geographically flexible)
Reports to: Fulfilment Manager

Purpose of the Role:
As a key control point within the warehouse, you will ensure inventory accuracy, security, and real-time visibility of stock movements while upholding the highest standards of risk control, data integrity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage stock movements between warehouses and across distribution points
Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records using digital systems
Investigate, report and resolve stock variances and discrepancies and execute regular cycle counts
Monitor inbound/outbound flows, and ensure compliance with dispatch protocols
Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to meet demand requirements
Implement and support risk controls in stock handling and security
Generate actionable inventory performance reports

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, BCom, BBA, BIT, or equivalent
CIPS certification is an advantage
Minimum 5 years in high-volume inventory control or dispatch
Experience with inventory management systems and and warehouse risk management practices
Strong analytical and communication skills
